Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated RN to lead a Skin Health and Wound management program within a nursing center environment in West Virginia. You will collaborate with center leadership to implement best practices, manage wound prevention products, and oversee related equipment.

The role requires active RN licensure, ongoing wound certification, and commitment to training timelines and monthly calls, ensuring adherence to national wound guidelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess a RN license (MPT/DPT with leadership review/approval).
• Must complete Skin Health Team Lead orientation training and Wound Basics within 90 days of hire.
• Commitment to attend monthly support calls is required.
• Must have national accredited wound certification (CWS, CWCN, WCC, CWON, WOC, AWCC) or commit to complete within 1 year of hire.
• Knowledge and experience with clinical charting, incident reporting and investigation response.
• Strong knowledge of national wound guidelines and products.
• Experience in team building and interprofessional collaboration in wound management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate a fully developed Skin Health and Wound management program in collaboration with nursing center management.
• Support central supply as the clinical expert for skin, wound, and incontinent products.
• Oversee durable medical equipment related to wound prevention and management.
