SnapCare in West Covina, CA is seeking a Wound Care Registered Nurse for a contract role. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients with acute and chronic wounds, collaborating with physicians and the care team to promote healing and prevent complications.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license, a nursing degree, 1–2 years of nursing experience, and current BLS. Wound care certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the applicable state.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience required.
• Wound care certifications (WCC/CWCN/CWON or equivalent) preferred or required.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive wound assessments and document findings accurately.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized wound care treatment plans.
• Provide wound care treatments, including dressing changes, debridement assistance, wound VAC, and other interventions.
