Apploi is seeking a Wound Care Nurse RN to join our health care team. This non-exempt role reports to Nursing Directors and focuses on skin treatments, order modification, and ensuring high-quality care for Guests.

The RN will supervise CNAs and other staff, administer medications within scope, maintain accurate records, and participate in QAPI and compliance trainings. The position requires adherence to policies and maintenance of safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of practice.
• CPR Certification.

Responsabilités

• Consults with Nursing team concerning assessment evaluations and assist in planning and developing the skin care treatment to be performed.
• Initiate requests for consultation or referral.
• Examines the Guest and their records and discerns between normal and abnormal findings to refer to a physician for evaluation.
• May act as a Unit Nurse when directed.
• Provides supervision to CNAs and all subordinate staff, ensuring assignments are completed.
• Administer medications within the scope of RN licensure.
