The position offers a salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, weekly pay, sign-on and referral bonuses, health insurance, generous PTO, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for continued education and career development.

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license required.
• Prior wound care experience preferred.
• Long-term care or hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and monitor acute and chronic wounds.
• Develop and manage individualized wound care plans.
• Perform wound treatments and track healing outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate staff on wound prevention and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with audits.
