Charlton Place Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is seeking a Wound Nurse/ RN to manage the skin care program and deliver focused wound treatments for residents. You will assess wounds, develop and implement treatment plans, monitor infection indicators, and ensure wound cleanliness.

The role requires an active RN license in the practicing state, prior wound care experience, and a strong commitment to high-quality elder care with a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state you practice.
• Prior wound care experience required.
• Minimum 1 year in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.
• Passion for working with seniors.

Responsabilités

• Apply the skin management program and provide safe wound care.
