Job summary

RestorixHealth in Eureka, SD seeks a part-time Clinical Nurse Coordinator (RN) to coordinate patient care in wound healing centers. This dual role combines clinical nursing responsibilities with marketing coordination to foster referral relationships.

The ideal candidate holds a valid RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 3+ years of nursing experience with wound care. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, wound care clinic experience or a combination of both.
• Ability to function competently and independently to provide the highest quality of nursing practice.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff demonstrates competency in core and center-specific clinical skills and maintains certificates.
• Review wound healing center activities and improve process flow, facilities, services and staff utilization.
• Establish weekly contacts with host facilities’ administration and medical staff, adhering to policies.
• Maintain open communication with leadership and staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in Quality Management measures and meet deadlines.
• Develop patient-specific wound care plans and follow up on labs and diagnostics.
• Ensure accuracy and completion of staff documentation and daily chart checks.
