Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced RN specialized in wound care for an on-site assignment in Templeton, CA. The contract runs from 08/17 to 10/11 and requires current Epic experience plus an active wound care certification or eligibility.

You will conduct comprehensive wound assessments, create individualized care plans, administer therapies, document progress under HIPAA, educate patients and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with wound care certification or eligibility.
• Experience performing wound assessments and care planning in acute or outpatient settings.
• Ability to document care and therapies in HIPAA-compliant systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills to educate patients and collaborate with care teams.
• Knowledge of wound therapies, dressings, and progress-tracking protocols.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting performance targets.
• Experience coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
• Ability to identify care gaps and propose protocol improvements.
• Proficiency in managing a referral pipeline and territory development.
• Willingness to work on-site with structured goals and visibility of activity.

Responsibilities
