Job summary

BayCare is seeking a Wound Care RN to serve the St. Joseph’s Hospital system across SJH campuses. You will provide inpatient wound and ostomy care, following nursing processes and clinical standards in a pool role spanning multiple hospital locations.

Shifts are 8 or 10 hours, with no nights or weekends, working 2–3 shifts weekly while floating between hospitals. The role supports BayCare’s commitment to compassionate care and clinical excellence, with collaboration across a multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Licensure & Certification: RN license, BLS and ACLS, Wound Care Certification preferred.
• Education: Associates in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Experience: 2 years RN experience; Wound Care and Ostomy experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized wound and ostomy care for inpatients.
• Apply nursing process and clinical standards across multiple hospital locations.
• Shifts are 8 or 10 hours depending on site, with no nights or weekends required.
• RN will work 2-3 shifts per week, floating between three hospitals.
