Qualifications

• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Solid computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Manage all open wounds with cleaning and dressing.
• Complete admission paperwork.
• Provide advice and support to residents and families.
• Monitor residents and administer medications and treatments.
• Document resident care in records.
• Maintain infection-control policies.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to resolve resident needs.
• Protect resident confidentiality.
• Track infection control data monthly.
