Job summary

The Club at Lake Gibson in Florida is seeking an experienced Wound Care Nurse (RN) to oversee wound care measures and infection control within a long-term care setting. You will collaborate with the care team to monitor residents and respond to changes in condition.

Qualifications

• Current Florida Registered Nurse license required.
• Wound care experience in a long term care setting preferred.
• Excellent physical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee wound care measures for residents.
• Oversee the infection control program.
• Communicate changes in residents' conditions to IDT and partners as appropriate.
• Flexible working hours.
• Attend and prepare for weekly Case Management meetings.
• Investigate, track and trend identified opportunities.
• Develop action plans for areas of needed improvement.
• Provide partner support and coaching.
