Job summary

The Cottage in Tulsa, OK seeks an RN or LPN to provide comprehensive nursing care for residents and supervise direct care staff on site. The role involves implementing and evaluating individualized care plans and ensuring adherence to nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Help implement and evaluate care plans for individual care of each resident.
• Maintains appropriate nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices.
• Receive, transcribe, and implement physician’s orders in a timely manner.
• Reports required condition changes, events to appropriate parties.
• Administers medication/treatments as prescribed.
• Monitors infection control compliance.
• Investigates/documents accidents/incidents.
