Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive wound assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound care management.
• Perform procedures such as incision and drainage, suture removal, and application of wound dressings, within scope of practice.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and ensure safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license and BSN.
• Minimum three years of wound care experience; WOCN certification preferred.
