Job summary

Ascension in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy team for a day shift, full-time schedule. You will provide direct patient care and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to optimize healing.

The role requires RN licensure in Wisconsin, BLS within 30 days of hire, and experience caring for patients in wound care or related settings. You’ll participate in discharge planning and ensure physician orders are executed, with a focus on quality

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Wisconsin
• BLS certification within 1 month of hire date
• Experience in wound care or related clinical areas preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Serve as primary coordinator of multidisciplinary patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
