Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor.
• One year of wound care experience required.
• Wound care certification within 6 months of hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates care plans for wound care patients and families.
• Provides education on wound, ostomy and skin integrity to patients, families and staff.
• Delivers direct care and supervises nursing care, maintaining clinical competence.
• Contributes to quality improvement and professional practice standards.
