Job summary

Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered nursing license in the state where you work.
- CPR certification required.
- Specialized infection prevention and control training completed within first week of hire.
- Must be able to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Wound care certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
- Supervise nursing assistants and other nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
- Follows health, sanitary, and infection control policies.
