Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health Wound Care in Elyria, Ohio. This full-time RN will perform home visits, follow care plans, and provide wound care and medical treatments to clients across the area.

The role requires Med/Surg experience, a valid OH RN license, and solid EMR skills. The schedule is Monday‑Friday, 8:30am‑5pm, with 1:1 patient care and opportunities for career advancement within BAYADA.

Qualifications

• OH RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg clinical experience.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with transcript/diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and solid computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan per patient needs.
• Make home visits in assigned geographic territory.
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager.
• Document doctors' orders and care observations in EMR.
