Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse to perform home health visits across Eastern Cuyahoga County. The role requires current OH RN license and Med/Surg experience with strong wound-care skills. Flexible schedules and 1:1 care support work/life balance.

Monday–Friday 8:30am–5pm, with travel across designated territories. Benefits and career advancement opportunities are offered, including comprehensive plans and scholarships.

Qualifications

Current OH RN license.
Minimum of one year recent Med/Surg experience.
Prior home care experience preferred.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities

Follow the designated care plan according to patient needs.
Make home visits to clients in assigned geographic territories.
Administer medications, wound care, treatments and procedures.
Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to supervisor.
Document doctors' orders accurately and timely.
Conduct client assessments as needed and coordinate case management.
Document observations and evaluations in the EMR.
