Job summary

Fauquier Health in Warrenton, VA is seeking a Registered Nurse on the Wound Care Team. This full-time, Monday–Friday days position focuses on patient assessments, wound management, and documentation to support coordinated care.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessments and identifies needs.
• Initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Delivers care suitable to patient condition and age.
• Documents medical necessity in the medical record.
• Maintains and updates the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
