Job summary

Fauquier Health in Warrenton, VA is seeking a Registered Nurse on the Wound Care Team. This full-time, Monday–Friday days position focuses on patient assessments, wound management, and documentation to support coordinated care.

Applicants should hold a Virginia state RN license (compact accepted) with BLS within 7 days of hire. BSN preferred; minimum 1 year of nursing experience; wound care experience preferred. Fauquier Health offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

How You'll Contribute

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient

What We're Looking For

Applicants should have a current Virginia state or compact state RN license.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within 7 days of hire
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required
• Previous wound care experience preferred
