Job summary

Virtua Health in New Jersey seeks a Wound Care Coordinator RN to manage wound and integumentary care in ambulatory settings. You will provide direct patient care, coordinate case management, and supervise center staff under the Nurse Director's guidance.

Requirements include NJ RN licensure, an accredited nursing degree (AASN), and BLS. Wound care certification is preferred and may be pursued within 1 year of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• RN license in NJ.
• Wound care certification preferred or in progress.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care, assessment, treatment and evaluation of wound care.
• Case management coordination and documentation.
• Office coordination: staffing, performance improvement, and safety projects.
• Nursing leadership: participate in committees and liaison with vendors.
