Responsibilities

• Performs initial patient assessment and develops an individualized plan of care in line with unit standards and patient/family needs.
• Implements and documents nursing interventions, revises care plans based on ongoing evaluation.
• Ensures accurate documentation and contributes to patient and employee safety by addressing hazards and incidents.
• Manages wound assessment, care, and documentation; applies dermal/vascular knowledge and product use per unit standards.
