Qualifications

  • Current, unrestricted RN license in Georgia.
  • Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience, including wound care.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • Experience with electronic health records.
  • Strong communication and patient education skills.
  • Commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations.

  • Collaborate with physicians, podiatrists, diabetes educators, nutritionists, social workers, and community partners to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on wound prevention, self-care, infection recognition, nutrition, and chronic disease management.
  • Maintain accurate electronic health record documentation and support quality improvement initiatives.
