Job summary

St. Luke’s Meridian clinic is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our patient-centered team. New grads with an interest in wound care are encouraged to apply as you evaluate patients and plan care within a multidisciplinary clinic.

You will receive training over approximately 2–3 months on wound care principles, with a stable Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and access to a robust benefits package that supports professional growth and wellness.

Qualifications

• Must have degree from accredited physical therapy program.
• Valid license to practice physical therapy in state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.
• Wound care experience preferred but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and modify care plans according to wound healing principles.
• Provide patient-centered physical therapy in a multidisciplinary clinic.
• Adhere to schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM.
• Participate in a training period of 2–3 months on wound care if needed.
