Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Plastic Surgeon for a national wound physician group to provide bedside wound care in post-acute facilities. This W2 role emphasizes autonomy, clinical excellence, and a 30-hour work week with benefits.

Role involves 40-60 mile facility visits, 2-3 facilities per day, and 20-30 patients daily, with paid training and a 6-month wound care fellowship. No nights, no calls, and no weekend duties.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted MD/DO medical license in the state of practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in post-acute care settings (Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Deliver modern wound management at the bedside using proprietary wound-specific EMR.
• Travel to facilities within a 40-60 mile radius of the practice location and treat 20-30 patients per day.
