Skilled Wound Care in Manhattan and the five boroughs seeks motivated physicians to lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities. We welcome Surgeons, Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine physicians; no prior wound care experience required as comprehensive specialty training and 36 hours of CME are provided.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Clear/unrestricted New York medical license or eligible.
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Completed an accredited residency program.
• Open background; Surgeons, Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine physicians welcome; wound care training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead wound care initiatives within Skilled Nursing Facilities across Manhattan and surrounding boroughs.
• Utilize the latest wound healing advancements to improve patient outcomes in NYC communities.
• Perform surgical debridement and advanced wound care procedures.
