Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Atlantic City, NJ seeks motivated surgeons, Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine physicians to join a leading national wound care team. You will manage patient outcomes in nursing facilities, applying advances such as debridement, advanced dressings, and amniotic tissue.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Active/unrestricted NJ medical license is required; NY license is highly preferred.
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in nursing facilities, using wound healing advances such as debridement, advanced dressings, and amniotic tissue.
• Coordinate care with the team and use the custom software system to reduce admin time.
• Deliver care without on-call obligations and work with your team to build a schedule that fits you.

As an experienced or new physician to wound care you'll manage your patient outcomes based on your clinical expertise and direction.

Meaningful work:

Provide comprehensive care to patients in nursing facilities, utilizing the latest advancements in wound healing, including debridement, advanced dressings, and application of amniotic tissue.

• 36 hours of company-provided CME

• Online courses

Excellent compensation:

• Full-time physicians can earn an average starting pay of $220,000 -$250,000 annually. Earn up to $300,000 with additional services and performance-based bonuses. No earning cap.

  • Quarterly bonus program with the potential to earn up to 30% extra income
  • Reimbursement for the application of biological skin substitutes

Time commitment:

• No call
• Work together with your team to build a schedule that works for you.
• Custom software system that is designed to reduce our physician’s admin and documentation time.

Requirements:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• An active/unrestricted NJ medical license is required. An active NY medical license is highly preferred due to additional work in that location.
• DEA License(or eligibility to obtain one)
