Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking a Wound Care Physician to serve Inland Empire, CA. This role offers full-time or part-time options with no-night, no-call schedules, enabling a healthier work‑life balance while leading wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities.

You will perform surgical debridement and bedside procedures, manage chronic wounds, and work with a supportive team using our documentation system.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Unrestricted medical license in the state of practice or eligibility to obtain one.
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Board certification/eligibility not required; training provided in wound care.

Responsibilities

• Surgical and sharp debridement and other bedside procedures.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds.
• Advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols.
• Collaborative care in skilled nursing facilities and post-acute settings.
