Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Waco, TX seeks a Wound Care Physician to join a no-call weekdays program with opportunity for part-time or full-time work. You will perform debridement and bedside procedures while leading wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities across the area.

MD or DO with an unrestricted license is required. Training is provided for wound care; aggressive compensation includes $250,000–$500,000 per year for full-time, with bonus potential and per‑patient pay.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Open background: completed residency and board certification/eligibility not required; wound care training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical debridement and bedside procedures.
• Evaluate and treat chronic, non-healing, and complex wounds.
• Apply advanced dressings and wound protocols.
• Collaborate with facilities in post-acute settings to follow healing progress.
