Job summary

Skilled Wound Care seeks a Wound Care Physician in Charlotte, NC, to join a no-call, Monday–Friday practice with flexible full-time or part-time options. You’ll lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities and perform debridement and bedside procedures with comprehensive training provided.

Applicants must hold an MD or DO, have an unrestricted medical license in the state, and be eligible for a DEA license.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Board certification/eligibility not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Surgical and bedside debridement and related procedures.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds.
• Advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols.
• Collaborative care in skilled nursing facilities and post-acute settings.
