Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Wilmington, DE is seeking physicians to join as wound care physicians, offering a no-call Monday–Friday lifestyle and opportunities to lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities across the area.

You will perform debridement and bedside procedures with comprehensive training, enjoy clinical autonomy, and have the option of full‑time or part‑time work. MD or DO with unrestricted license is preferred, but all board eligibility is welcomed.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Completion of residency and board certification/eligibility are not required; training in wound care is provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform wound care procedures, including surgical debridement and bedside care.
• Evaluate and treat chronic and complex wounds in the post‑acute setting.
• Collaborate with skilled nursing facilities to manage patient healing and outcomes.

Education
