Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Stockton, CA is seeking wound care physicians to join a high-impact, no-call practice. This role offers Monday–Friday schedules with no nights or weekends, and the option for part-time or full-time engagement.

Engage in hands-on procedures and gain autonomy to shape patient care within skilled nursing facilities. We provide comprehensive wound care training, a focus on documentation efficiency, and a supportive environment where specialists from any field are welcome.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Unrestricted medical license in the practicing state.
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Residency completed; board certification/eligibility not required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform wound care procedures including surgical debridement and bedside interventions.
• Evaluate and treat chronic, non-healing, and complex wounds.
• Utilize advanced dressings and wound protocols in post-acute settings.
• Collaborate with staff in skilled nursing facilities to monitor healing outcomes.
