Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care across over 3,200 facilities in 28 states.
• Receive comprehensive wound management training and participate in a wound fellowship for clinical excellence.
• Full-time W2 physicians earn an average of $300,000 annually plus benefits.
• Enjoy autonomy and flexibility, typically working a 45-hour week for full-time roles.
• Complete paid training during onboarding and a 6-month wound care fellowship.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the practicing state.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Practice Details

• Work hours: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm, with part-time options available.
• No call or weekend responsibilities.
• Deliver wound management in post-acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients daily.
• Perform clinical documentation in real-time using proprietary wound-specific EMR.
• This is a mobile practice within a 40-60 mile radius of the practice location.
