Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified physician to join our complex wound care center. The role provides clinical care across outpatient wound clinics, inpatient consultation services, and a hyperbaric medicine program with HBOT.

The position offers leadership opportunities and oversight of clinical, operational, and quality outcomes within the wound care and HBOT program, along with participation in education for trainees and allied health staff.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC) in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, or related field.
• Certification in Wound Care and/or Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (or ability to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care across outpatient wound clinics, inpatient consultation services, and hyperbaric medicine.
• Leadership and oversight of clinical, operational, and quality outcomes within the wound care and HBOT program.
• Participation in educational efforts for trainees and allied health staff.
• Call coverage on a rotating basis.
