Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified physician to join our multidisciplinary wound care center, including a hyperbaric oxygen therapy program. The role spans outpatient clinics, inpatient consultation, and HBOT, with opportunities for leadership and program development.

Ideal candidates will have strong wound care skills, expertise in hyperbaric medicine, and a commitment to education, quality improvement, and collaborative patient care.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC) in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, or related field.
• Certification in Wound Care and/or Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Strong interest in multidisciplinary care, quality improvement, and resident/staff education.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care across outpatient wound clinics, inpatient consultation services, and hyperbaric medicine.
• Lead and oversee clinical, operational, and quality outcomes within the wound care and HBOT program.
• Participate in educational efforts for trainees and allied health staff.
• Share in call coverage on a rotating basis.
