We are seeking a full‑time (40 hours per week) Wound Care Advanced Practice Provider for a float position between our centers located in Albuquerque, NM. This role can be filled by a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. The base salary range for this position is $120,000 – $130,000 per year, in addition to our no‑cap incentive compensation bonus program.

The Advanced Practice Wound Provider reports directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. The provider collaborates on‑site with the Center Leadership Team for center‑specific goals and priorities and with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician for patient‑specific medical care. The provider delivers acute and chronic wound care services to nursing center residents, working collaboratively with other medical providers and with Center Leadership to achieve the Center’s mission of improving lives through high‑quality health care and everyday compassion.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing program, licensed as a registered nurse, and certified as a Nurse Practitioner (Master’s Degree in Nursing with a concentration in Older Adult and/or Family NP). Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and business need.
• Physician Assistant must be a graduate of a program accredited by the ARC‑PA, have passed the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE), hold PA state licensure, and possess NCCPA certification.
• Wound certification (CWS, WOCN, or equivalent) or active pursuit of wound certification with APN wound experience.
• Minimum of two years experience in wound care with adults or geriatric population preferred.
• In states where practice allows, APRN with an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state of practice.
