Wood County Hospital is seeking per diem RN/LPN/MA support for the Wound Healing Center and medical office setting. The RN will provide clinical and administrative care under physician and office manager directions, following organization standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, documentation, injections, triage, and specimen collection. Per diem shift details apply, with opportunities to work flexibly and contribute to a cutting-edge facility.

Qualifications

• RN license to practice as an RN in the State of Ohio.
• Certification or license for LPN or MA as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician with patient assessment, examinations and treatments.
• Document patient care observations according to standards.
• Administer routine injections under supervision.
• Promptly respond to patient phone calls and concerns.
• Triages patient calls per office policy.
• Obtain specimens using proper technique and labeling.
