Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management seeks an experienced Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care. You will coordinate care within physician orders and center policies, maintaining compliance with professional standards and applicable guidelines.

The ideal candidate holds RN/LPN/LVN licensure and has an established nursing management background, with preference for RN candidates holding an Associate degree and/or Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as RN/LPN/LVN in the state.
• For RNs, an Associate degree is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• One-year prior nursing management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision of nursing personnel to ensure care delivery.
• Coordinates care in accordance with physician orders and center policies.
• Implements infection control and QA procedures per manuals.
• Notifies departments of patient changes and events.
• Conducts family and patient education.
