Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identifies, manages, and treats skin conditions and wounds.
• Provides wound care per physician orders and manufacturer recommendations.
• Completes thorough wound assessments and weekly follow-ups; documents findings.
• Collaborates with care plan team to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Documents care problems, abnormal findings, and changes; reports to physician and supervisor.
• Monitors preventive measures such as turning, pressure relief devices, nutrition, and toileting.
