Job summary

Bethany Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Nashville, TN is seeking a full-time Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN) with geriatric wound care experience. The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat independently, supervise a team, and contribute to activities that improve residents' experience.

The role manages the wound department, works with physician medical directors to develop services, and oversees budgets and staffing needs in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• TN RN or LPN with extensive Wound Care experience.
• Preferred wound care certification.

Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of TN, be able to evaluate and treat independently, manage a team and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
