Job summary

Bethany Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Nashville, TN is seeking a full-time Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN) with geriatric wound care experience. The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat independently, supervise a team, and contribute to activities that improve residents' experience.

The role manages the wound department, works with physician medical directors to develop services, and oversees budgets and staffing needs in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• TN RN or LPN with extensive Wound Care experience.
• Preferred wound care certification.

Responsibilities

• Manages, supervises and coordinates all activities within the Wound Department. Responsibilities include program development, leadership and supervision of staff.
• In conjunction with physician medical directors develops and implements services to meet patient, community and medical staff needs. Oversees continuum of wound care services in the inpatient and outpatient settings. Develops and oversees the capital and operating budgets as well as assessment of staffing needs.
