Base pay range

$75,000.00/hr - $95,000.00/hr

We currently have an opening for a Full-Time Wound Care Nurse (RN). Join our team as a Wound Care Nurse, where you'll lead clinical efforts, provide expert education and consultation, and play a key role in improving outcomes for residents with complex skin and wound needs. You'll work closely with staff and leadership to ensure the highest standards of care, stay current with the latest innovations in wound treatment, and help drive quality improvement across the organization. Compensation: $75,000-$95,000 annually, dependent on experience

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Learn to Become the Go-To Expert – Use your clinical knowledge to lead, educate, and consult across the organization on wound and skin care, staying up to date with cutting-edge treatments and tools.
  • Make a Real Difference – Play a hands-on role in patient care, from assessment to treatment planning and documentation, ensuring compassionate and effective outcomes.
  • Drive Quality and Innovation – Partner with leadership to track, analyze, and improve wound care practices, contributing to high standards and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Empower the Team – Act as a vital resource for staff, physicians, and management by providing expert support and promoting best practices in wound and skin care.
  • Champion Compliance and Safety – Ensure care practices meet federal, state, and facility standards, and support regulatory and legal processes with your expertise.
