Freenet Health Corp. is a rapidly growing healthcare management company servicing virtual and mobile medical practices. We are hiring multiple positions for our mobile wound care practice, Woundlocal.

We are seeking an experienced Wound Care Nurse licensed in Texas for a full-time position. This role requires you to use your car to travel to patient locations, SNF, and Home Health company headquarters.

Job Summary:

This position focuses on patient care and facility relationships. As a mobile provider, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently and represent our company professionally.

The wound care nurse will work within the Woundlocal product and service line, providing patient care through conservative treatments and skin assessments on patients with existing referral partners.

Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Wound Care Nurse
  • No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
  • Active state license in good standing
  • Availability for 40 hours per week
  • Team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Comfortable with computers, as technology use is integral to the role
  • High attention to detail, given the importance of patient safety
  • Punctual, dependable, and well-organized
  • Goal-oriented and receptive to coaching and performance feedback
