Freenet Health Corp. is a rapidly growing healthcare management company servicing virtual and mobile medical practices. We are now hiring multiple positions for our mobile wound care practice Woundlocal.

We are seeking an experienced Wound Care Nurse licensed in Texas for the full-time position of Wound Care Nurse. This position requires you to use your car to drive to patient locations, SNF, and Home Health company headquarters.

Job Summary: This position involves patient care and facility relationship management. As a mobile provider, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently and productively while representing our company.

The wound care nurse works within the product and service line Woundlocal and provides patient care, including conservative care and skin sweeps on patients with existing referral partners.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Wound Care Nurse
• No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
• Active state license in good standing
• Availability for 40 hours per week
• Team player with a positive attitude and a professional appearance
• Comfortable using computers
• High attention to detail
• Punctual, dependable, and organized
• Goal-oriented and receptive to coaching
