Cantex Senior Communities is seeking an RN/LVN to oversee wound care for residents, ensuring treatments align with physician orders and standards of care. The role may involve direct resident care or supervising CNAs to maintain top-level well-being.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active license, with preference for at least one year in long-term or health care. English proficiency and adherence to policies are required.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School and a current valid license in the applicable State.
• Minimum of one-year experience in a long-term or health care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of current wound care treatments and dressings.
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.

Responsabilidades

• Observe, assess, treat, and document residents' wounds per care plans.
• Assist or supervise CNA staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Notify physician and family about significant wound changes.
• Ensure adherence to Clinical Policies and Procedures and state/federal regulations.
