Job summary

RestorixHealth is seeking a full-time Wound Care Registered Nurse to plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care using the Nursing Process. You will collaborate across disciplines, prioritize actions, and ensure timely physician order execution.

Training will support success in wound care duties. We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with a strong benefits program including health coverage, FSA/HSA, life insurance, disability options, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing; BSN preferred for Magnet Hospitals.
• Valid Registered Nursing license required.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Prior wound care experience; will train.
• Prior billing and coding experience preferred.

• Provide patient care based on nursing principles and evidence-based practice.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately.
• Prioritize nursing actions based on patient needs, acuity, and outcomes.

Our Wound Care Registered Nurses (will train) are the heart and soul behind what we do. Utilizing the Nursing Process, the RN plans, implements, directs, and evaluates patient care to achieve optimal outcomes. The Wound Care Nurse works collaboratively with all other disciplines on the assigned unit. Additionally, the RN prioritizes nursing actions and will implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames. Ongoing training will provide you with the tools to be successful in your role.

What You’ll Do

• Prior experience working with wound care patients (Will train)
• Prior experience with billing and coding preferred
