This is a full time position.

Our pay range (RN Wound Care) begins at $42.00 an hour & INCREASES based on your established experience. Our ranges caps at $49.00. Final pay rate is determined at the facility level after verification of experience. Wage shift differentials are offered for 2nd/3rd shifts & specific leadership roles. Also, get paid every Friday (weekly).

• Charts information regarding patient’s progress, ailments, medication, symptoms and observations.
• Performs monthly skin assessments on patients.
• Stocks and prepares treatment cart.
• Complies with current federal, state, and local regulations governing nursing care in the execution of assigned duties.
• Administers and records medications following physician orders and established center policy; takes and records resident vital signs and collects laboratory specimens as directed.
• Provides emotional support to residents and their families.
