About this role

As a Hyperbaric Wound Care APP, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.

  • Competitive daily rate!
  • Travel expenses are reimbursed, including lodging, rental car, etc. Malpractice insurance is provided.
  • Coordinates and collaborates on patient care efforts with other care providers.
  • Communicates clinical information timely, accurately, thoroughly, and appropriately to other providers of patient care.
  • May collaborate with other care providers in the effective sharing of practice expertise.

What you'll bring
  • An active Physician Assistant, PA, or Nurse Practitioner, NP, license by the MT State Board.
  • Prescriptive Authority by the MT State Board of Nursing or Medical Examiners and DEA License.
  • Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.
  • ACLS Certification within 6 months of employment (site specific).
  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process.
  • Effective and diplomatic communication within a multi-functional team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements
  • See, read, assess patient needs, operate monitors, identify equipment and supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and visitors, especially during emergencies.
  • Manual dexterity for complex equipment and documentation.
  • Lift, transfer, and assist with patient mobility and supplies.
  • Navigate crowded rooms and assist with patient transport.
