Wound Care - Nurse Practitioner - Full-Time

Base Pay Range

$115,000.00/yr - $155,000.00/yr

Korzen Health is working with Healogics in regards to adding a Full-Time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to the program in the Rockingham, NC 28379 and Raeford, NC 28376 market area.

Scope of Practice Includes:

This opportunity includes working in our outpatient wound care clinic. This is a 100% Wound Care Center position. No nights. No on-call. No weekend work. Our center hours are M-F from 8-4 pm. All patients are by appointment only. No walk-ins. Our center is a part of FirstHealth Hoke County Hospital and FH Richmond Hospital. You will be employed by Healogics.

This is a procedure-based environment, mostly with geriatric patients. This is a well-established center, fully staffed. You need at least 1 year of NP experience, including at least 1 year of procedural NP experience. Minor procedures such as suturing and I&Ds will count. Procedural case logs will be required as part of our credentialing process.

Our Wound Care Center includes:

• Full Team - Case Manager, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses, Office Manager, Front-end and back-end support. Great workflow!
• Provider will do Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
• Provider will average around 20-25 encounters per day, with a majority of wound care and less than 5% Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
• We offer advanced wound-care treatments to promote healing, including:
• Cellulitis therapy
• Compression therapy
• Hyperbaric oxygen therapy
• Infection management and prevention
• Wound cleaning
• Wound dressing
• EMR is EPIC/IHEAL

Monday-Friday 8am-4pm - 40 hours a week. No nights, no call, no weekends. Compensation model is base salary plus bonus. You will work with adult and geriatric patients. Opportunity for growth within leadership.

Wound Care Nurse Practitioner Experience Requirements:

• Clean and Active State license
• Must be a Certified Nurse Practitioner
• DEA License
• 1 year of NP experience is a must
• Must have procedural experience - simple sutures, I&Ds.
