Job summary

The role requires 5+ years of clinical practice with 2-3 years in supervisory roles, MO/KS RN licensure, and BLS. You will drive program improvements, budgets, and staffing while ensuring compliant care across teams.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in MO/KS required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of applicable nursing experience.
• Wound care experience preferred.
• Wound/ostomy certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day wound care operations and staffing.
• Train and supervise nurses, medical assistants, and office staff.
• Analyze performance data and drive improvements.
• Oversee budget for Care Management.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and documentation.
• Schedule PTO and on-call for staff.
