Cambridge Care Center is seeking a nurse to provide comprehensive wound care to residents in Colorado. The role includes assessing wounds, coordinating care, and ensuring compliance with state and federal standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with wound/care ostomy; ability to become certified.
• One year of LPN/RN experience.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in Colorado preferred; LPN accepted; CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent nursing care to residents with wounds and supervise day-to-day nursing activities.
• Assess wounds, monitor for infections, and adjust care as directed by standards and regulations.
• Communicate changes in resident condition with staff, physicians, residents, and families.
• Complete medical documents, reports, and essential charting; admit/transfer/discharge residents as needed.
